Karen Loyd
Karen founded HBS in 1996, and has enjoyed running the business since then. Raised in Johnson City, Tennessee, Karen graduated with honors from East Tennessee State University with a B.B.A. degree in Accounting. She obtained her Certified Public Accountant license in 1993.
Jeanie Williams
Jeanie has 24 years experience in the medical billing field. She has attended numerous insurance seminars including Medicare, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, HIPAA and Fair Debt Collection. She also specializes in collection services. Jeanie has been with HBS for 17 years.
Betty Cox
Betty has 23 years experience in the medical billing field and many more in the area of customer service. She has certifications in medical terminology and medical transcription. She has attended numerous medical coding classes and belonged to the American Academy of Coders. Betty has been with HBS for 20 years.
Vannessa Davis
Vannessa has 20 years experience in the medical billing field and many more in the area of customer service. She has attended medical coding programs and many insurance workshops including Medicare, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Humana and Cigna. Vannessa has been with HBS for 20 years.
Sara Combs
Sara joined HBS in 2016, as a recent graduate of Ross Medical Education Center. Sara has two years of billing experience, and is certified in medical billing and coding.
